Senior Engineer/Scientist (Semiconductors/Nanotechnology)
Location: Woburn, Massachusetss
Responsibilities include:
| • | Lead engineering projects for the design and development of new products and manufacturing processes involving carbon nanotubes. |
| • | Ensure that design concepts comply with customers specifications. |
| • | Perform fabrication and operate/coordinate depositions, litho, etches and metrology such as SEM and AFM. |
| • | Support acceptance testing, qualification testing, and troubleshooting efforts including ability to calibrate experimental apparatus, data reduction, including statistical analysis. |
| • | Support management and operations personnel with technical guidance. |
| • | Provide guidance and training to project engineers. |
| • | Provide feedback through coaching and mentoring. |
| • | Provide administrative and technical support to engineering management. |
Qualifications:
| • | 5 + years Engineering experience preferred, and/or outstanding academic record of papers in leading journals. |
| • | Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Physics. |
| • | Ph.D. Preferred but BS/MS with Equivalent Experience are encouraged to apply. |
| • | Experience with microelectronics fabrication required (including deposition, etching, and metrology). |
| • | Strong verbal and written technical communication skills. |
| • | Experience in process design, development and project planning. |
| • | Experience in conventional CMOS fabrication technologies. |
| • | Ability to lead technical program presentations. |
| • | Must be eligible for US TS//SCI security clearance. |
