Job Description & Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, optimize, and qualify cutting edge non-volatile memory products
- Work closely with design and test team on first silicon debug, testing and characterization
- Establish new non-volatile memory technology products for qualification and volume manufacturing
- Define, test, and analyze product/device data and failures modes
- Perform silicon debug, failure analysis, and validation
- Utilize lab equipment to identify or modify tests to meet product requirements
- Analyze and propose solutions to qualify new products to be introduced into market
- Ensure silicon meets product specification.
- Provide technical support to customers to ensure successful product acceptance
Requirements
- Basic understanding of CMOS circuits and process
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to others
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Strong presentation skills and project management skills
- Highly motivated and self-starter
Education and Experience
- BS +6 or MS +4 years in Memory Product Engineering or related position
